When you call Textile Cleaning Services we will discuss with you:

• the types of window dressings you wish to be cleaned
• the type of fabric
• any particular problems needing treatment - mildew, stains or odours.

We offer a free on-site inspection at a time that is convenient to you. You will receive a no 
obligation written quotation for the work you wish to undertake.

Your window dressings will be taken to our premises for cleaning. This will take no more than 2 days.  We can provide temporary curtains to maintain your privacy where necessary.

We also offer an overnight service, at no extra cost, dependent on our current work commitments.

There is no extra charge for the taking down and re-hanging of your curtains, neither do we charge extra for mildew removal. The provision of temporary curtains, when available, is also free.

All fabrics are subject to testing for colourfastness and shrinkage before we proceed. We shall contact you if we foresee any difficulties and discuss all options with you.
